More bad days for Nokia, Samsung is now the biggest phone maker over the world. Nokia isn’t selling very well thanks to Windows phones. But because Samsung breaks out record over record thanks to all Android phones they are officially number one! Hopefully Samsung will spend more money on faster phone updates. Analytics: Samsung sold 93.5 million handsets in the first quarter, taking 25.4 percent of the global mobile phone market, Strategy Analytics said.

Again some leaked prototype of the Galaxy SIII showed up this time by PhoneArena. This prototype looks a lot of our sketches and the latest mockup. But what do you think is this the final design of the Galaxy SIII the bezel looks extremely thin!      source

Well the hype is getting bigger and bigger.  Today we got a tip that Samsung Russia started their countdown till D-Day. Below the screenshot….. Will Samsung live up to this hype??  What do you think let me know.. Thanks SAMMOBILE

The Samsung Galaxy S III will have a 4.6″ Super AMOLED Plus HD display according to  digitmes . The SGS III display is confirmed to be 4.6″, and sport 1280×720 pixels of resolution, which will peg the pixel density at 319ppi. For example the Galaxy S II us using a 4.3” Super AMOLED  and sports  480×800 resolution, wich is using a pixel density of  217ppi. So this will be the first HD Super AMOLED screen with true RGB matrix We can’t wait to see this screen! Samsung has planned this high-end phone for Q2 / Q3 . Samsung’s Galaxy S III event will be somewhere in May. But if this rumour is true we don’t know, we will have to wait again…

Samsung start rolling out the first Value packs for the Samsung Galaxy S in Europe and Korea. You can get this update through OTA or Samsung Kies. Value pack will make your phone lots faster and uses some Android 4.0 features adapted to the Galaxy S, such as the Facelock. The Value  pack is based on Android 2.3.6. If you want to know when your country could update follow @samkiesupdates on twitter! Remember this update comes far after the 18 months Samsung promised to update their devices.  The galaxy S is the phone with the most update till now. From Eclair to Froyo to Gingerbread and now to Gingerbread with some Ics features. So please stop flaming!!
