New Windows Phone by Samsung?

Is Samsung working on a new Windows Phone device for the US?
Some leaked phone is telling so.
The relationship between Samsung and Windows Phone isn’t that big.
Maybe this is because Samsungs Android phones are lots better.
Couple of days ago we tweeted about an update for the Omnia 7.
We haven’t check it by ourself.
If this is a true device then it will use the name Mandel.
The code number will be the Samsung SGH-I667.
There are no words if this device will hit Europe.
The Samsung Mandel is using Windows Phone 7.5 aka Windows Phone Mango.
